The backward slide of Western democracies into Autocracy. The weaponization of behavioural psychology aimed at the general population. Loosely framed by personal choice and social responsibility.

The pseudo-pandemic 

Personal choice is an artifact and indeed a trait of the human condition that evolved from the earliest tribes, communities and latterly societies of modernity. Individuals-Humans have from the earliest constructs and imagined realities that served social cohesion of small tribes, communities, and societies, encouraged personal choice in tensity, with social responsibility. The earliest human constructs-tribes were served by a leader, chief, head of the family that used their personal choice to guide and direct the community. In large part these small Homo Sapien constructs may appear to be directed by social responsibility of the chief, although they were subservient to personal choice of the head of the family or tribal leader under the advice of the elders, ultimately the chief made a personal choice for the tribe or community.
